QRIS Program Improvement Grants Available Now!!

The Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) is opening a second round of Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS) Program Quality Improvement Grants in 2013 to eligible early education and care and out-of-school time providers.  This funding supports programs in engaging in a process of continuous quality improvement to enhance outcomes for all children in Massachusetts, especially those populations most at risk.  EEC is partnering with the United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley (UWMBMV) to administer these funds.

Programs at all self-assessed QRIS levels who have not yet received a QRIS grant in 2013 are eligible to apply. The Round Two grant application information is available at:  http://cybergrants.com/qrisgrants.

Proposals will be accepted for consideration beginning August 27, 2013 and reviewed on an on-going basis.  No proposal for this round of funding will be accepted after 4:00 p.m. on September 10, 2013.

Please contact QRIS@supportunitedway.org with any inquiries about this grant opportunity.
